Job summary

Simpsonville Post Acute in Simpsonville, SC is seeking a compassionate and dependable Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to provide hands-on care to residents on 12-hour shifts with rotating weekends. You will assist with ADLs, monitor health, document vital signs, and collaborate with nurses using PCC.

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Active South Carolina CNA certification (in good standing).
• Experience in long-term care or skilled nursing is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, and feeding.
• Provide personal care and emotional support to residents.
• Monitor residents’ conditions and report changes to nursing staff.
• Take and record vital signs.
• Maintain accurate documentation in PointClickCare (PCC).
• Ensure a clean, safe, and comfortable environment; collaborate with nurses and the care team.
