Job summary

Morningside House of Satyr Hill is hiring a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) for full-time evening or night shifts. Join a compassionate, employee-focused senior living community where care, relationships, and teamwork matter daily.

As a CNA you will support residents with daily living activities, assist with mobility, and document changes in condition while maintaining a safe and welcoming environment for residents, families, and staff.

Qualifications

• Current CNA certification/licensure required.
• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Previous experience in assisted living or long-term care is preferred but not required.
• Compassionate, dependable and committed to providing exceptional resident care.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide assistance with activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, oral hygiene).
• Assist residents with mobility, transfers, repositioning, and ambulation.
• Observe, document, and report changes in residents' condition.
• Make occupied and unoccupied beds as assigned.
• Ensure residents' comfort, dignity and personal care needs are met.
• Communicate with residents, families, nurses, and team members.
• Follow all policies, procedures, and safety guidelines.
• Perform other duties to support resident care and quality of life.

We are seeking compassionate, dependable Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to join our team. As a CNA, you will provide exceptional care and support to our residents while helping create a safe, engaging, and welcoming environment for residents, families, and fellow team members.

Essential Responsibilities

• Provide assistance with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and oral hygiene.
• Assist residents with mobility, transfers, repositioning, and ambulation.
• Observe, document, and report changes in residents' physical or emotional condition, including bruising, skin concerns, swelling, or other abnormalities.
• Make occupied and unoccupied beds as assigned.
• Ensure residents' comfort, dignity, and personal care needs are met throughout each shift.
• Communicate effectively with residents, families, nurses, and other team members.
• Follow all Morningside Elite Management policies, procedures, and safety guidelines.
• Perform other duties as assigned to support resident care and quality of life.

Schedule

• Full-Time
• 2:00 PM–10:00 PM or 10:00 PM–6:00 AM
• Every other weekend required
