Job summary

Priority Management Group, LLC seeks a Certified Nurse Aide to assist residents with daily living activities in a compassionate care setting. The role requires following a nurse's assignment schedule, helping with bathing, grooming, feeding, and mobility, while keeping residents safe and comfortable.

Strong English communication, ability to understand verbal and written instructions, and Texas Nurse Aide certification in good standing are required.

Qualifications

• Must have current Nurse Aide certification and be in good standing with the State of Texas Nurse Aide Registry.
• Ability to understand, remember and carry out verbal and written instructions in English.
• Ability to speak clearly and hear well enough to communicate with residents.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living to promote independence and dignity.
• Follow resident assignment schedule as made out by the charge nurse.
• Lift, move and transfer residents as required.
• Answer call lights in a timely manner.
• Assist or feed residents.
• Keep resident clean and dry; toileting or incontinent care.
• Provide supportive, protective, and safe environments for residents.
• Other duties as assigned.
