AuthentiCare Health Centers is seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our caring family at our skilled nursing facility. You will assist residents with daily living activities, monitor vital signs, and support nursing staff in hospice and memory care services.

Qualifications

• CNA certification required.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and eating.
• Monitor and record vital signs, including temperature, pulse, and blood pressure.
• Provide support in emergency situations by responding promptly to residents' needs.
• Assist nursing staff in providing hospice care for terminally ill patients.
• Help lift and transfer residents safely using appropriate techniques and equipment.
• Maintain a clean and safe environment for residents by adhering to infection control protocols.
• Document residents' information accurately while ensuring compliance with HIPAA regulations.
• Collaborate with healthcare team members to deliver comprehensive resident care in our facilities.

• Excellent communication skills to interact with residents, families, and other healthcare professionals.
• This Nursing Assistant role is essential for ensuring that residents receive the highest standard of care while promoting their dignity and comfort throughout their healthcare journey.
