Job summary

Asbury Communities’ Bethany Village in Mechanicsburg, PA is seeking a caring CNA to assist residents with daily living activities and accompany them to appointments. The role offers stability, growth, and a people-first culture in a trusted senior care community.

The position is full-time with 3rd shift or weekend options, starting at $16.00 per hour plus shift differential and a $5.00 weekend premium. Comprehensive benefits are provided.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Genuine passion for providing compassionate care to older adults.
• Relevant experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assists residents with activities of daily living such as bathing, dressing, and personal hygiene.
• Assists residents in preparing for and transporting to and from medical appointments, activities, and social programs.
• Checks residents' vital signs, measures weight and height, and records data as instructed; reports any variances to the Charge Nurse.
• Answers resident call lights promptly to attend to needs; frequently checks those who are unable to call for help.
• Assists residents to walk with or without self-help devices, as instructed.

Education

Hours & Pay - Just Right for You!

• Full Time: 3rd shift
• Daily Pay available - because life doesn't wait for payday!
• $16.00 per hour start rate + Shift Diff

OR

• Full Time: Weekender- Every Sat and Sun 7am-7pm + 1 shift on Thursdays (2nd shift)
• $16.00 per hour start rate + Shift Diff + $5.00 Premium Differential
• Minimum of 24 hours and a maximum of 36 over the course of a weekend
• 3 non-consecutive scheduled or unscheduled weekends off per six-month period.
