Job summary

Lakewood Post Acute & Rehabilitation is hiring CNAs in Colorado. We offer full-time, part-time and PRN shifts (6am-6pm or 6pm-6am) with weekend rotations. You will provide direct resident care under licensed nurses in a 24-hour skilled nursing facility.

We offer competitive pay and benefits, including vision & dental (full-time), 401(k) with match, PTO and sick leave, plus ongoing training. Must have CO CNA license and CPR, with at least a 10th-grade education.

Lakewood Post Acute & Rehabilitation is hiring CNAs!

Shifts:

• Full-time 6am-6pm with a weekend rotation
• Full-time, 6pm-6am with a weekend rotation
• Part-time 6am-6pm with weekend availability
• PRN 6am-6pm
• PRN 6pm-6am
• PRN must be available to work 4 shifts per month including 1 weekend shift per month

Lakewood Post Acute & Rehabilitation specializes in 24-hour skilled nursing and short-term rehabilitation. Our facility boasts state-of-the-art private recovery suites, with personal on-suite showers and bathrooms. Lakewood Post Acute is a beautiful facility, but we're not just awesome on the outside- we make sure our staff feels valued on the inside.

Successful Candidates:

• Current, unencumbered CNA license in CO
• Must possess, as a minimum, a 10th grade education
• CPR required

Rate Range - $20-$26/hour
