Job summary

Coal Creek Post Acute & Assisted Living in Colorado is seeking registered nurses for 12-hour shifts (6am-6pm and 6pm-6am) in a full-time role. Join a team focused on compassionate, personalized care and professional growth in a skilled nursing environment.

Current Colorado RN licensure, SNF experience preferred, and ability to work day or night shifts are required. Competitive pay, benefits, and a $3K bonus for full-time night shift are offered, with additional $1500 paid at 90 days and 6 months.

Responsibilities

• Provide RN nursing services in a skilled nursing unit or facility.
