Qualifications

• Active CNA certification in the state of Oklahoma.
• Experience in a skilled nursing facility, long-term care, or rehabilitation setting preferred.
• Physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds and assist with resident transfers.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and feeding.
• Take and record vital signs (blood pressure, temperature, pulse, respiration).
• Assist with mobility, transfers, and repositioning to prevent pressure injuries.
• Maintain accurate documentation of care and observe changes to report to the licensed nurse.
• Support meals, hydration, and nutritional needs and maintain a clean, safe environment.
• Provide emotional support with a compassionate, resident-centered approach.
