Job summary

Henderson Health and Rehabilitation Center is hiring CNAs for day and night shifts in Henderson, TN. A $2,500 sign-on bonus is offered to qualified applicants.

CNAs will assist residents with daily living activities and coordinate dining services while maintaining confidentiality and high-quality care. Responsibilities include documenting meal intake, reporting changes to the nurse supervisor, and working closely with the care team to ensure residents’ wellbeing in a compassionate, family-like

Qualifications

• Active Tennessee CNA certification.
• Current CPR/BLS certification.
• Strong patient-care and teamwork abilities.

Responsibilities

• Support dining services: tray delivery, feeding, and meal intake documentation.

CNA Position Summary

As a CNA at Henderson Health and Rehab, you'll be an essential part of our residents' care. Responsibilities include:

• Provide supportive services and performs duties as assigned by clinical leadership.


• Assist residents with activities of daily living in accordance to care plans.


• Assist with patient care tasks and coordinate dining services including meal tray delivery, feeding assistance, and documentation of meal intake.


• Report any changes in a resident’s condition to the nurse supervisor and keep them informed of factors that interfere with being able to perform work as assigned.


• Maintain confidentiality of protected health information, including verbal, written and electronic communications.

CNA Requirements

• An active CNA Certification for the state of Tennessee


• Current CPR/BLS Certification
