Job summary

Sunrise Senior Living is seeking a compassionate Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to deliver direct, individualized care in our skilled nursing community. You will perform ADL assistance, monitor vital signs, and document changes while working closely with licensed nurses on restorative and care planning programs.

We value calm, clear communication, strong documentation, and flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and peak service times.

Qualifications

• Active CNA certification per state regulations.
• High School Diploma/GED.
• Experience in skilled nursing or senior care preferred.
• Strong communication and documentation skills.
• Ability to remain calm in challenging situations.

Responsibilities

• Deliver care based on Individualized Service Plans (ISP).
• Assist with ADLs including bathing, dressing, mobility, dining, and toileting.
• Obtain and report vital signs, intake, and changes in condition.
• Partner with licensed nurses on restorative and care planning programs.
• Support fall prevention, skin care, and quality improvement initiatives.
• Maintain accurate documentation and restorative records.
• Respond promptly to resident, family, and visitor concerns.
• Follow infection control, OSHA, and safety guidelines at all times.

Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) – Compassionate Care with Real Career Growth

Certified Nursing Assistant CNA | Skilled Nursing Pay Range: 17.00 - 21.35

In addition to base compensation, Sunrise may offer discretionary and/or non-discretionary bonuses. The eligibility to receive such a bonus will depend on the employee’s position, plan/program offered by Sunrise at the time, and required performance pursuant to the plan/program.
