Job summary

Sunrise Senior Living in Edison, NJ is seeking a Designated Nursing Assistant (DNA/CNA) to provide direct, hands-on care to residents in our skilled nursing community. You will support clinical, personal, nutritional, and restorative needs in collaboration with licensed nurses.

Qualifications

• Active CNA certification per state regulations.
• High School Diploma/GED.
• Skilled nursing or senior care experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Deliver care based on Individualized Service Plans (ISP)
• Assist with ADLs including bathing, dressing, mobility, dining, and toileting
• Obtain and report vital signs, intake, and changes in condition
• Partner with licensed nurses on restorative and care planning programs
• Support fall prevention, skin care, and quality improvement initiatives
• Maintain accurate documentation and restorative records
• Respond promptly to resident, family, and visitor concerns
• Follow infection control, OSHA, and safety guidelines at all times

Pay Range:

19.65 - 24.65
