Mission Valley Post Acute is hiring Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) for full-time positions. Join our care team and provide compassionate, resident-centered assistance in a post-acute setting.

Shifts available: AM and PM; pay rate is $24–$25 per hour, depending on experience. We value dependable, compassionate team members who communicate well and collaborate with nursing staff to deliver high-quality care.

Qualifications

• Current and valid California CNA certification is required.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills are expected.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced healthcare environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide person-centered care to residents per care plans.
• Assist with bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and feeding.
• Assist with transfers, ambulation, positioning, and safety.
• Measure and record vital signs and report changes to licensed staff.
• Answer call lights promptly and respond to resident needs.
• Maintain accurate documentation of care provided.
• Promote dignity, privacy, independence, and comfort for residents.
• Communicate effectively with residents, families, and healthcare team.
• Follow infection-control procedures and facility policies and regulations.

Essential Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate, person-centered care to residents in accordance with their individual care plans.
• Assist residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and feeding.
• Assist with transfers, ambulation, positioning, and maintaining resident safety.
• Measure and record vital signs and report changes in residents' conditions to licensed nursing staff.
• Answer call lights promptly and respond to resident needs in a timely manner.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of care provided.
• Promote residents' dignity, privacy, independence, and comfort.
• Communicate effectively with residents, families, and members of the healthcare team.
• Follow infection-control procedures and facility policies and regulations.

Qualifications
