Job summary

Fairmount Homes, Inc in Ephrata, Pennsylvania, is seeking an Evening Shift Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our dedicated care team on a 2:30 pm–10:30 pm schedule.

Qualifications

• Must have CNA certification in Pennsylvania.
• Experience with older adults is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living (eating, bathing, mobility, positioning).
• Report changes in residents' condition promptly to the charge nurse.
• Obtain vital signs, weights, calorie counts and fluid intake accurately.
• Maintain a clean and neat appearance for each resident.

Job Responsibilities

• Assist each resident with activities of daily living. This includes eating, bathing, elimination, ambulation, and positioning according to policy.


• Report pertinent information and/or changes in residents' conditions promptly to the charge nurse.


• Obtain vital signs, weights, calorie counts, intake, and output accurately.


• Present each resident with a clean and neat appearance.


• Respect and follow the Fairmount core values and mission statement "Strive to enrich the lives of those we serve".

Job Qualifications

• Required current Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification in the state of Pennsylvania


• Have a sincere desire to work with older adults and demonstrate sensitivity to the needs of others.
