Job summary

Holy Family Senior Living in Bethlehem, PA, is seeking compassionate and dependable CNAs to join our team. You will provide personalized, hands‑on care to residents in skilled nursing and long‑term care settings, helping with daily activities and supporting comfort, dignity, independence, and quality of life.

We offer Full Time daytime shifts (7 am–3 pm) and Part Time options across day, evening, and night to fit different schedules.

Qualifications

• At least 18 years of age
• Current and valid Nurse Aide Registration in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania
• Two or more years of experience providing direct care to older adults preferred

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, grooming, dressing, toileting, repositioning, and other personal‑care needs
• Support residents with mobility, walking, transfers, and the safe use of wheelchairs and other assistive devices
• Assist with meals, feeding, hydration, and monitoring resident intake according to individual care plans
• Observe residents' physical, emotional, and behavioral conditions and promptly report changes or concerns to the nursing team
• Respond to call lights and resident requests promptly while providing respectful, compassionate, and person‑centered care
• Accurately document care provided and communicate important information to the oncoming shift to support continuity of care

Education
