Fairmount Homes, Inc. in Ephrata, PA is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) for our Skilled Nursing Care unit on the Evening shift. This 32-hour-per-week role runs Tuesday through Friday from 2:30 PM to 10:30 PM with no weekend shifts, offering a stable, compassionate environment.

You will supervise nursing assistants, collaborate with the care team, and administer medications per physician orders while maintaining regulatory compliance and resident dignity in a five-star community.

Qualifications

• Active PA RN license required.
• Current CPR certification required.

Evening Shift | 32 Hours per Week
Tuesday – Friday | 2:30 PM – 10:30 PM
No Weekends

Pay Range: $46.20 – $49.95 per hour

Shift Differentials:

• Evening Shift: +$3.00/hour
• Night Shift: +$2.00/hour
• Weekend: +$1.25/hour

What You'll Do

As a Registered Nurse in Skilled Nursing, you will play a key role in providing exceptional resident care while supporting nursing assistants and other members of the care team.

Qualifications

• Current Pennsylvania Registered Nurse (RN) License required

• Experience in geriatric, rehabilitative, or long-term care nursing preferred
• Strong leadership, clinical judgment, and communication skills
