Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field, or equivalent experience.
• 8+ years experience in Construction Materials Testing and inspection.
• Strong knowledge of industry standards (ASTM, AASHTO).

Responsibilities

• Lead large CMT projects from proposal to closeout.
• Track budgets and financial performance of projects.
• Conduct or oversee field inspections and testing.
