UES, Inc. is seeking an entry‑level CMT Project Manager I in Erlanger, KY. You will support planning, coordination, and execution of construction materials testing projects under the guidance of senior staff.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field or equivalent experience.
• 1–3 years construction materials testing/inspection experience for non-degreed candidates preferred.
• Certifications in testing/inspection (ACI, ICC, ATTI, Nuclear Safety) preferred or willingness to obtain.

Responsibilities

• Support project management activities from proposal through completion, ensuring scope, schedule, budget, and quality objectives are met.
• Assist with developing project estimates, proposals, and scopes of work with technical teams.
• Coordinate daily project needs, including scheduling field technicians and support staff.
• Maintain clear communication with clients and contractors; escalate issues to senior PMs as needed.
• Monitor project costs and budgets; assist with tracking revenue and performance.
• Review field and lab results for accuracy and ensure standards (ASTM, AASHTO) are followed.
• Perform occasional field inspections or testing and assist with special inspections when required.
• Review time sheets and field reports for accuracy and timely submission of documents.
• Collaborate with engineering, laboratory, and operations teams to support project delivery.
