Job summary

Construction Material Testing seeks a Project Manager to own the client relationship and the testing program across scoping proposals, scheduling crews, reviewing reports, and keeping projects profitable and clients informed.

You will run multiple concurrent projects with real authority and real accountability on active sites, with travel to project locations as needed. Salary ranges $125,000–$155,000 annually; Texas-based seat; valid driver’s license required.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in CMT, special inspection, or construction QC.
• Scheduling and client-facing under deadline pressure.
• ICC, NICET, or ACI certifications required.
• Ability to hold technical credibility with field crews.

Responsibilities

• Scope and price testing and inspection programs.
• Schedule field and laboratory resources against construction calendars.
• Review daily reports and resolve failing-test conversations quickly.
• Manage budgets, invoicing inputs, and client communication.
• Grow accounts through delivered reliability.
