ECS Limited is seeking a Construction Materials Testing (CMT) Project Manager to join our Shrevport, LA field services team. You will manage a variety of projects and collaborate with senior engineers and field staff to meet deadlines.

Responsibilities include reviewing daily reports, budgeting, invoicing, and coordinating with clients. You will mentor junior staff and support team development while maintaining safety and ASTM standards on site.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering, Construction Engineering and Management, Materials Science Engineering, Architectural Engineering, or Geology.
• Minimum of 2 full years of relevant experience.
• Valid driver’s license and insurance.
• PE or PG license in the state of work.
• Strong client relationships and communication skills.
• Knowledge of heavy construction safety and ASTM laboratory standards.
• Ability to work with clients, peers and supervisors.

Aufgaben

• Support management of CMT projects including daily report review and field staff training.
• Manage project budgets, invoices, pay applications, and collections.
• Prepare proposals and change orders; attend client meetings and follow up on reports.
• Perform soil classifications and assign laboratory testing.
• Mentor junior staff and support team development.
