Job summary

UES in West Palm Beach, FL seeks an entry-level Construction Materials Testing Project Manager I to support planning, coordination, and execution of CTM projects. You will assist with day-to-day oversight to keep work on schedule, within scope, and in line with client requirements and industry standards.

Under senior staff guidance, you’ll coordinate field personnel and laboratory testing, communicate with clients, monitor progress, and support budget management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in civil engineering, construction management, or related field.
• 1–3 years in construction materials testing or inspection preferred for non-degreed candidates.
• Familiarity with ASTM/AASHTO standards and ability to read plans and specs.

Responsibilities

• Support project management from proposal to completion, ensuring scope, schedule, budget, and quality goals.
• Coordinate field technicians and laboratory testing; liaise with clients and contractors.
• Assist with estimates, scopes of work, and progress reporting under supervision.
• Help track project costs, revenue, and performance; review field/lab results for accuracy.
