S&ME Inc. is seeking a Construction Materials Testing (CMT) Laboratory Supervisor in New Albany, IN. You will lead lab personnel, oversee daily activities, ensure safety and quality, and support business development within a geotechnical team.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in geotechnical and construction materials testing with supervisory role.
• Proficient with lab testing equipment and computer systems.
• Bachelor's degree in Civil/Structural/Geotechnical Engineering or related field.
• Active industry certifications such as ACI Field Testing Grade I and ICC Special Inspector are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Supervise lab staff in testing, calibration, and daily operations.
• Manage Construction Materials Testing and Special Inspection projects, including scheduling and reporting.
• Coordinate staff schedules with Field Supervisors and Project Managers on progress.
• Train employees on lab processes and certifications.
