Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years in geotechnical and construction materials testing in a supervisory role.
• Proficient with lab equipment and computer systems.
• Bachelor’s degree in Civil/Geotechnical Eng or related field.

Responsibilities

• Supervise lab staff, manage daily testing activities and equipment.
• Coordinate projects, budgeting, scheduling, and report delivery.
• Develop training and certifications for staff.
• Collaborate with Field Supervisors and Project Managers.
