McClelland Consulting Engineers (MCE), an ESP Company, is seeking a Construction Materials Testing (CMT) Field Technician in Little Rock, AR. The role involves QC/QA testing on civil engineering projects, calibration of lab and field equipment, and readiness for both field and lab duties.

Responsibilities include maintaining a clean lab area, supporting day-to-day field operations, and adhering to safety and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Microsoft Office proficiency (Word/Excel/Outlook).
• Math skills and ability to apply basic calculations.
• Ability to exercise independent judgment and take initiative.

• Strong time management and planning abilities.

Responsibilities

• Perform QC/QA testing on Civil Engineering projects.
• Calibrate and maintain field and lab testing equipment.
• Maintain readiness for field and lab work and operate company vehicle.
• Keep lab area clean and organized; follow safety and compliance rules.
• Report to CMT Supervisor and support lab activities as needed.
