Job summary

Construction Material Testing is seeking field technicians to sample fresh concrete, run slump, air, and temperature tests, and verify soil compaction with a nuclear density gauge. We provide training and sponsor certifications. The work is outdoors, physical, and site-based, with daily documentation of results.

You'll communicate findings to superintendents on the spot, with travel across sites as needed. No prior experience required—training is provided and certifications paid by the company.

Responsibilities

• Sample and test fresh concrete per ASTM C172, C143, C231, C1064, and C31; Run field density and moisture tests per ASTM D6938; Prepare daily field reports tied to locations; Maintain gauge standardization and chain of custody; Communicate results to superintendents on site.
