Job summary

Olsson is seeking a CMT Field Manager to lead our Construction Materials Testing operations in Northwest Arkansas. You will mentor field staff, manage QA/QC, review geotechnical data, and coordinate with clients and contractors to deliver safe, compliant projects.

• Develop scopes of work, project budgets, estimates, and proposals for new opportunities.
• Build strong client relationships through responsive communication and trusted technical guidance.
• Conduct field and laboratory testing activities and review testing results for accuracy.
• Ensure compliance with applicable building codes, DOT standards, project specs, and safety requirements.
