Job summary

Olsson is seeking a Senior Construction Materials and Testing Technician to ensure quality and safety on construction projects. You will independently collect samples from sites, perform tests with specialized equipment, and document results for project managers.

The role involves traveling to various project sites with a per diem to cover travel costs. The position requires 6+ years in CMT, valid driver’s license, and certifications such as ICC or ACI Field Grade I.

Qualifications

• Six plus years of construction materials testing, inspection, or observation experience.
• ICC, ACI Field Grade I certifications required or preferred.
• Must have valid driver’s license and be able to lift up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Collect construction materials samples from sites and perform tests using specialized equipment.
• Document findings and communicate results to project managers and stakeholders.
• Travel to project sites in Nebraska and other locations, with per diem for travel expenses.
