Job summary

Aspire Senior Living Joplin is seeking a Certified Medication Technician (CMT) to safely administer medications under the supervision of licensed nurses. The role demands precision, compassion, strong communication, and the ability to build trust with residents and families.

Full‑time day (6am‑2pm) or evening (2pm‑10pm) shifts, rotating weekends. We offer a $2,000 sign‑on bonus, future opportunities for advancement, competitive wages, and benefits including PTO, 401(k), and health coverage.

Qualifications

• Valid Missouri CMT certification.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Experience in long-term care preferred.

Responsibilities

• Administer prescribed medications under supervision of a licensed nurse.
• Document medication administration and resident responses.
• Observe residents for side effects and report adverse reactions to the nursing team.
• Assist with activities of daily living as needed, including personal hygiene, feeding, and mobility support.
• Maintain compliance with facility policies, procedures, and state/federal regulations.
• Promote a safe and clean environment for residents and staff.
