Job summary

Aspire Senior Living Joplin is seeking a dedicated Certified Medication Technician (CMT) to join our caring team. You will administer medications under licensed supervision, assist with daily living tasks, and provide emotional support to residents.

Qualifications

• Active Missouri CMT certification
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Ability to lift, push, or pull
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays

Responsibilities

• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians and ordered by licensed nursing staff
• Assist with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
• Provide emotional support and companionship to residents
• Document medications and treatments administered in accordance with company policies and procedures
• Communicate effectively with licensed nursing staff and other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care delivery
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans for residents

About the Role:

As a Certified Medication Technician (CMT), you will be responsible for administering medications and treatments to our residents under the supervision of our licensed nursing staff. Certified Medication Technician (CMT) will also assist with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming, and provide emotional support and companionship to our residents. Your expertise and attention to detail will be crucial in ensuring the health and well-being of our residents, and we are seeking a team player who is committed to delivering high‑quality care.
