Beloved Health and Rehabilitation Center is seeking a Certified Medication Tech (CMT) to join our clinical team. The CMT will pass medications as prescribed, provide direct resident care under nurse supervision, and report changes in condition or behavior while upholding HIPAA and facility

Qualifications

• Must hold current Missouri CMT license.
• CPR certification required.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and comply with HIPAA regulations.
• Desire to work with the elderly; geriatric nursing experience preferred but not required.

Responsabilités

• Pass medications as prescribed by the physician.
• Provide direct care to residents under the supervision of a licensed nurse.
• Observe and report changes in residents' condition, attitude, appetite, and behavior.
• Maintain confidentiality and comply with HIPAA requirements.
• Build rapport with residents and their families, visitors, and colleagues.
