Job summary

Beloved Health and Rehabilitation Center is seeking Certified Medication Techs (CMTs) to join a caring clinical team. You will pass medications as prescribed, provide direct care under supervision, observe residents for changes, and maintain confidentiality while upholding facility policies.

Qualifications

• Current Missouri CMT license.
• Current CPR certification
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and comply with HIPAA regulations
• Desire to work with the elderly
• Experience in geriatric nursing is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Pass medications as prescribed by the physician.
• Provide direct care to residents under the supervision of a licensed nurse.
• Observe and report any changes in condition, attitude, appetite, or behavior.
• Maintain confidentiality and HIPAA compliance; follow facility policies.
• Build relationships with residents, their families, visitors and colleagues.
