Job summary

Parc Provence Memory Care is seeking a Certified Medication Technician (CMT) to work alongside RNs, LPNs and CNAs to ensure resident safety and well-being. You may serve as both a CMT and CNA, with occasional CNA-only shifts.

The role requires a CMT certification, with one year of experience preferred, and strong communication skills to engage effectively with staff, residents, and families. Shifts are 12 hours, including days, weekends, and holidays, with competitive pay.

Qualifications

• Education: Certified Medication Technician (CMT).
• Experience: One year preferred.
• Oral/Written Communication Skills: Ability to interact pleasantly and effectively with staff, residents and families, and possess clear verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist alongside RNs, LPNs and CNAs to ensure resident safety and well-being.
• Perform CMT duties and may be scheduled in CNA roles as needed.
