Job summary

Parc Provence Memory Care is hiring a Certified Medication Technician (CMT) to work alongside RNs, LPNs, and CNAs, ensuring resident safety and well-being. The role may include CNA duties during some shifts, and 12-hour night schedules are described.

You will join a compassionate team that cares for seniors in a memory care setting. Education as a CMT is required, with one year of experience preferred, and a strong emphasis on communication with residents and families.

Qualifications

• Experience: One year preferred.
• Oral/Written Communication Skills: Ability to interact pleasantly and effectively with staff, residents and families, and possess clear verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Work alongside RNs, LPNs and CNAs to ensure safety and well-being of residents.
• Serve in CMT and CNA capacities with potential shifts dedicated to CNA duties.
• Assist with medication administration and resident care as assigned.

TheCertified Medication Technician (CMT)position at Parc Provence Memory Care is responsible for working alongside our RNs, LPNs and CNAs in ensuring the safety and well-being of our residents. This position is ideal for someone who is dependable, a team player, and enjoys the company of seniors! In this position, you will serve in both Certified Medication Technician (CMT) and Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) capacities. Please note that there may be occasions when you are scheduled exclusively in the CNA role for a given shift.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Education: Certified Medication Technician (CMT).
• Experience: One year preferred.
• Oral/Written Communication Skills: Ability to interact pleasantly and effectively with staff, residents and families, and possess clear verbal and written communication skills.

SHIFTS

• 12 Hour shifts
• Nights 7:00pm-7:00am
• Every other weekend requirement
