Rosewood Rehab & Healthcare is seeking a CMT- Certified Medication Technician to join our clinical team in Missouri. Full Time/Part Time roles with flexible hours and competitive pay are offered to support seniors with daily activities. Qualifications

• Must have a current Missouri MO CMT Certification.
• Flexible hours and willingness to work varied shifts is preferred.
• Ability to provide compassionate, resident-focused care.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional, personalized care to support seniors in activities of daily living.
• Encourage residents to socialize and engage with each other to keep spirits healthy.
• Create a safe environment where residents can thrive.
• Administer and/or assist with self-administration of prescribed medication under supervision.
• Maintain medical records and documentation in compliance with regulations.
• Transport residents to dining areas and assist with feeding as needed.
• Supervise CNA staff and ensure proper resident care; follow up on issues.

You’ll be great to join our CMT- Certified Medication Technician team because you have:

• Must have a current Missouri- MO CMT- Certified Med Tech Certification

CMT- Certified Med Technician Duties & Responsibilities:

• Provide exceptional, personalized care to support seniors in their activities of daily living.
• You encourage residents to socialize and engage with each other to keep their spirits healthy.
• You create a safe environment where residents can thrive
• Administer and/or assist with self-administration of prescribed medication to resident and maintain related medical records under the supervision of the RN and/or LPN
• Maintain medical records and written documentation assuring accuracy, completeness and compliance with federal and state regulations, certification standards, legal and ethical standards.
• Transport assigned residents to and from appropriate dining areas. Feed or assist any resident as needed.
• Make frequent rounds and check on residents. Supervise nurse’s aides, making sure they are assisting and caring for residents appropriately. Assist CNA staff with direct resident care when necessary. Follow-up to ensure correction of any problems found.
