McKnight Place Extended Care is seeking a Certified Medication Technician (CMT) to administer medications and support residents in a luxury skilled nursing community in St. Louis, MO. The role requires a Missouri unencumbered CMT certification and prior SNF experience is preferred but not required.

Shifts include 3:00 PM–11:00 PM with weekend rotation and holidays. The facility emphasizes resident-centered care, safety, and compassionate interaction with residents and their families.

Qualifications

• Must have Missouri unencumbered CMT certification.
• SNF experience preferred but not required.
• No L1MAs hired.

Responsabilités

• Administer medications accurately and safely per physician orders and policies.
• Observe residents for medication effects and report changes to nursing staff.
• Maintain accurate medication documentation and records.
• Follow infection control, safety, and medication administration protocols.
• Collaborate with nurses and the interdisciplinary care team to support resident well-being.
• Provide compassionate, respectful interactions with residents during medication administration.
