Apploi in Kansas City, MO is seeking a Certified Medication Technician (CMT) for an evening shift. This position offers a sign-on bonus and comprehensive benefits; you will provide personalized care, support residents with ADLs, and ensure accurate medication administration under RN/LPN supervision.

You must hold MO CMT certification and bring compassionate patient care, strong teamwork, and meticulous record-keeping to help residents thrive in a safe environment.

Responsabilidades

• Provide exceptional, personalized care to support residents in activities of daily living (ADLs)
• Encourage residents to socialize and engage with one another to support emotional well-being
• Create and maintain a safe environment where residents can thrive
• Administer or assist with self-administration of prescribed medications and maintain accurate medical records under the supervision of an RN or LPN
• Maintain medical records and documentation ensuring accuracy, compliance, and regulatory standards
• Transport residents to and from dining areas; assist with feeding as needed
• Make frequent rounds to check on residents’ needs and provide supervision of CNAs, ensuring proper resident care
• Assist CNA staff with direct resident care when needed and follow up on corrections as necessary

CMT Job Requirements:

CMT Duties and Responsibilities:
