Job summary

Fulton Manor Care Center is seeking a detail-oriented Certified Medication Tech (CMT) for full-time or part-time roles on dayshifts with 12-hour shifts. A $1,000 sign-on bonus is paid over two quarters.

The CMT administers medications, monitors vital signs, and assists with resident care and activities to support short- and long-term care for residents. Responsibilities include taking vital signs, keeping detailed records, and collaborating with the care team to implement individualized plans.

Qualifications

• CMT certification required.
• High school diploma or equivalent required; healthcare-related education preferred for advancement.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Administer medications and treatments as ordered by physicians.
• Monitor and record vital signs (temperature, blood pressure, pulse).
• Assist with resident care and activities (bathing, dressing, grooming).
• Maintain accurate records of resident care and treatments.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to develop care plans.
• Participate in resident care conferences and family meetings.
• Provide emotional support and companionship to residents.
