Job summary

Jackson Manor is hiring Certified Medication Technicians (CNA/CMT) for full-time day shifts (7:00am–7:00pm) with every-other-weekend work. Eligible candidates receive a $3,000 sign-on bonus, competitive pay, PTO, tuition reimbursement, and a 401(k).

Responsibilities include medication administration, vital signs, and resident care under supervision. Qualifications include Missouri CNA/CMT certification, High School diploma or GED, and strong communication in English.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED preferred.
• Six months of long-term care experience preferred.
• Valid CNA and CMT certification in Missouri is required.
• Ability to communicate effectively in English, both written and spoken.

Responsibilities

• Administers medications as ordered by a physician under licensed supervision.
• Maintains five rights of medication administration and records doses.
• Notifies licensed staff of resident pain and monitors vital signs as needed.
• Records medication administration in the center's system and charts.
• Responds to resident call lights and checks on residents on rounds.
