Nest & Care in Montgomery County, MD, seeks Personal Caregivers to provide compassionate, hands-on care per individualized plans. This role supports daily living activities and requires reliable, empathetic individuals.

Ideal candidates are CNAs or CMTs with at least one year of caregiving experience and the ability to work Mondays through Fridays from 1pm to 4pm. Driving is a plus; strong customer service and adherence to policies are essential.

Competenze

• CMTs or CNAs with at least one year of caregiving experience.
• Caregivers with no attendance issues.
• Ability to work Mondays–Fridays 1pm–4pm.
• Driver with ability to run errands.
• Caregivers who can perform personal and companion care per the plan.

Mansioni

• Provide hands-on care (bathing, dressing, eating, toileting, personal hygiene).
• Read and follow client care plans and assessments to deliver consistent care.
• Adhere to all company policies including dress code and attendance.
• Clock in and out on shift-specific systems.
• Observe health changes and report to Nest & Care staff as needed.
• Support clients with daily living activities and companionship.

RESPONSIBILITIES & QUALIFICATIONS are:

• CMT's or CNA's with at least one (1) year of caregiving experience working or have worked in any agencies, nursing homes, group homes, assisted living, etc.


• Caregivers with no attendance issue


• Caregivers that can work from Mondays through Fridays from 1pm to 4pm?


• Caregiver who can drive and run errands.


• Caregivers who believe that they can make a difference in the lives of their clients


• Caregivers who can perform personal and companion care - provide hands-on care, which may include assisting with bathing, dressing, eating, toileting, and personal hygiene.


• Reads the client's care plan and assessments and provides consistent quality care based upon the care plan for each client


• Adheres to all company policies, including dress code, time off, call-out, etc.


• Clocks in and out of every shift worked on the appropriate systems associated with the client or clients they are servicing


• Observes clients recognize changes in their behavior or health, then notifies the appropriate personnel of Nest & Care if necessary
