The CMS Specialist I will assist the CMS Administrator in handling daily operations workflow and branch support to maintain system integrity, compliance requirements, and client satisfaction. Responsible for building and maintaining relationships with internal and external customers while providing exemplary customer service.

JOB RESPONSIBILITY AND DUTIES:

• Support internal and external clients with cash management products, debit cards, and online/mobile banking products.
• Daily processing of eWires, ACH, merchant capture activities, as deemed necessary to daily department operations and report for fraud or suspicious activity.
• Process cash management applications and other documents for approval or denial of cash management.
• Reconcile various general ledgers and ensure daily reconciliation.
• Answer calls timely and reinforce superior client service through his/her own example along with appropriate follow through with involved clients and employees.
• Maintain current on compliance requirements and assist in training branch staff.
• Assists all branch offices in resolving operational and system inquiries and providing support.
• Ensure compliance with BSA and other compliance requirements, as applicable to job function.
• Keep informed of policies, practices, regulations, and laws as applicable to this function.
• In accordance with the Bank’s BSA/AML/CTF/OFAC compliance requirement, identify and report any suspicious activities and/or OFAC violation to BSA Department.
