Responsibilities

• Assist CMS Administrator in daily operations workflow and branch support to maintain system integrity and compliance.
• Process cash management activities and online banking products.
• Daily processing of eWires, ACH, and merchant capture activities as needed.
• Reconcile general ledgers and ensure daily reconciliation.
• Answer calls promptly and provide superior client service with follow-through.
