Job summary

Responsibilities

• Act as the main point of contact for Cash Management-related issues.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues, escalating to Cash Management as needed.
• Monitor and support Positive Pay services daily and assist with follow-ups.
• Assist ACH users with file uploads, limit modifications, and inquiries.
• Provide support for Remote Deposit Capture (RDC) customers.
• Collaborate with Digital Banking, Deposit Operations, and Office Managers for integrated support.
• Serve as a backup for Cash Management Specialist and Private Bankers when required.
• Offer support for Digital Wire-related issues and inquiries.
