Job summary

Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited OT, PT, SLP, or RN program with current state licensure.
- ASN required; Bachelor's degree preferred for nursing; Master's degree required for OT/PT/SLP.
- BLS/CPR certification from approved agency.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate data collection for IRF/PAI forms to CMS guidelines.
- Ensure supporting documentation is complete and timely.
- Input IRF/PAI data into the eRehabData system and monitor scoring accuracy.
- Set IRF/PAI completion dates for the multi-disciplinary team.
- Develop and interpret policies; primary problem solver for Medicare IRF processes.
