Job summary

RESPEC is seeking a CMS Implementation Specialist to lead end-to-end technical implementation of a new CMS, leveraging Drupal and/or Wagtail. You will work with project managers, designers, and security staff to translate digital strategy into robust, production-ready solutions.

The role requires 3–5+ years of hands-on CMS development, experience with Drupal (PHP, Twig) and/or Wagtail (Python, Django), and strong collaboration across multi-disciplinary teams.

Qualifications

3–5+ years of hands-on CMS development and implementation experience.
Experience with Drupal (PHP, Twig) and/or Wagtail (Python, Django).
Strong understanding of modular structured content and editorial workflows.
Experience migrating large datasets and assets.
Ability to collaborate with engineers, designers, and stakeholders.
Experience with Jira for agile project management.

Responsibilities

Implement CMS page models and content types using Drupal and Wagtail.
Lead content migration workflows and asset migrations.
Configure architecture for hosting, security, and accessibility.
Coordinate with security, infrastructure, and product teams.
Perform testing, defect resolution, and launch readiness.
Ensure integration with third-party systems and APIs.
Document architecture decisions and delivery plans.
