Sky Solutions leads CMS federal healthcare initiatives from Tysons Corner, VA. We seek a Program Leader with CMS domain expertise, capable of guiding large-scale IT programs, modernization, and analytics across distributed teams in a federal setting.

The role requires 10+ years in federal IT/healthcare programs, direct CMS experience, and leadership of $100M+ contracts with 100+ personnel. PMP and SAFe certs are required.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in federal IT/healthcare programs.
• Direct CMS program experience required.
• Experience managing $100M+ federal contracts.
• Led large cross-functional teams (100+ people).
• Proven software development, modernization, and O&M experience.
• Ongoing CMS governance, compliance, reporting familiarity.
• Bachelor's degree; Master’s preferred; PMP and SAFe certs required.

Responsibilities

• Provide senior leadership for CMS technology initiatives.
• Oversee scope, schedules, staffing, risks, and deliverables.
• Coordinate distributed teams and contractors (100+).
• Engage CMS leadership, CORs, and stakeholders at exec level.
• Drive Agile/SAFe delivery and continuous improvement.
• Ensure governance, security, and performance metrics.
