Responsibilities:
- Lead the development and execution of capture strategies for $100M+ opportunities in the Health IT sector, specifically with CMS, including market analysis, customer engagement, and gap identification.
- Assemble and manage cross-functional teams, establish resource requirements, budgets, and timelines, and drive collaboration to align capture efforts with customer needs and organizational objectives.
- Collaborate with teams to develop innovative solutions, win themes, and value propositions that enhance customer outcomes and strengthen competitive positioning.
- Oversee proposal development, lead color team reviews, and ensure win strategies are effectively integrated into proposal materials, adhering to deadlines and processes.
- Provide business intelligence on customer needs, competitor capabilities, and market trends to refine strategies and improve win probability.
- Develop and present gate review materials to senior executives, communicate strategies and progress, and coordinate organizational resources to address pursuit gaps.
- Federal government-related capture experience is required.
- Extensive knowledge and experience in Growth/BD/Capture within the Health IT sector, especially CMS, is preferred.
- Bachelor's degree in a related field.
- 10+ years of professional experience in growth, business development, or capture roles.
- 7+ years of leadership or project experience in new business or growth responsibilities.
- Strong management and writing skills.
- Orals experience is preferred.
- Maintain an up-to-date Deal Sheet reflecting opportunities, wins, and losses.
- Must be located in the DMV area to be considered.
