KBR is seeking a Capture Manager/Sr Manager to lead business development initiatives in the Federal Civilian sector. This role involves capturing opportunities and managing large contracts within various federal agencies, contributing directly to KBR’s growth. Candidates should possess extensive experience in business development and a track record of successful capture of significant contracts.

Our KBR team is actively hiring a Manager or Senior Manager of Capture! Job level will be based on years of experience in support of a mature capture process and the value of captured contracts. Details are listed in the Qualifications Section below.
The KBR Capture Manager will serve as a Capture lead within KBR’s business development organization. Customers include a broad selection of federal government agencies, focused specifically on Civilian Agency mission and technology programs. The Capture Leads will be responsible for developing, maturing and winning new business within the Federal Civilian space. Specific Federal Civilian agencies include DHS, ICE, DOJ, DOT, etc. You will lead large, prime, full and open opportunities and lead top pursuits across KBR.
Primary work location will be Fulton, MD with assigned customers based across the US. Position can be 100% remote depending on location.
Approximately 20-40% of work time will be on travel to client locations.

Basic Compensation:
Manager - $146,800 - $220,100
Sr Manager - $175,800 - $263,700
The offered rate will be based on contract affordability and the selected candidate’s working location, knowledge, skills, abilities and/or experience, and in consideration of internal parity.
Additional Compensation:
KBR may offer bonuses, commissions, or other forms of compensation to certain job titles or levels, per internal policy or contractual designation. Additional compensation may be in the form of sign on bonus, relocation benefits, short term incentives, long term incentives, or discretionary payments for exceptional performance.
