Job description

Info Gain Consulting (IGC) is looking for an experienced Federal Proposal / Capture Manager with experience responding to GSA IT Schedule 70 and GSA Professional Services Schedule (PSS) task orders. The ideal candidate will have experience being a lead writer, and will also manage proposal activities, including managing proposal schedules and deadlines, maintaining files and solicitations, developing proposal outlines and templates, and monitoring the progress of the proposal.

Responsibilities Include:

1. Lead our global team to develop compliant, compelling, and accurate federal proposals.
2. Manage proposal schedules and deadlines.
3. Maintain files and solicitations.
4. Developing proposal outlines and templates.
5. Monitor proposal progress and ensure the proposal is submitted on time.
6. Design, write, revise, and/or edit the technical content for RFI, RFP and RFQ responses.
7. Build templates based on the RFI, RFQ, or RFP requirements.
8. Lead capture color team and gate review meetings to ensure integration of all proposal activities.
9. Design and maintain SharePoint proposal support database.
10. Gather, analyze, and compose complex technical information for technical approach sections of federal proposals.

Required Experience, Skills, and Qualifications:

1. Bachelor’s degree.
2. 5+ years of experience developing and managing federal proposals in the federal space.
3. Proven success developing, executing, and nurturing contract wins.
4. Strong writing, graphic design, and layout skills.
5. Full life-cycle proposal experience.
6. Must be able to provide samples of previous work and references.
