Job summary

Skorpios Technologies, Inc. seeks a CMP Process Development Engineer to advance manufacturable CMP processes for Cu, Ta, W, and polyimide polishes. You will collaborate across Development, Integration, and Operations to optimize yields and reliability.

The role requires an MS or PhD with expertise in Electrical Engineering, Materials Science, Physics, or Chemistry and hands-on experience in CMP and post-polish cleaning. Occasional travel and a flexible schedule support 24x7 manufacturing.

Qualifications

• Ph.D. or Master’s Degree in Science with emphasis/majors in Electrical Engineering, Materials & Science, Physics or Chemistry.
• Processing experience in a lab or fab in CMP and post-polish wafer cleaning; Cu plating is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Support development and manufacturing for high-yield CMP processes.
• Develop DOE and SPC studies to identify root causes of yield loss.
• Maintain process specifications and collaborate with Integration and Operations teams.
• Monitor process health and drive continuous improvement.
