Qualifications

• Degree in a hard science, communications, business or related discipline preferred.
• Experience in managing training programs within regulated environments.
• Strong knowledge of cGMP and training documentation practices.

Responsibilities

• Supervise training operations, onboarding, curricula ownership and training coordination.
• Review and update training documentation for CMO manufacturing areas.
• Deliver cGMP, GDP, job task, and safety training with shift SMEs.
• Create and maintain SOPs; ensure compliance and audit readiness.
• Supervise hourly staff performance and disciplinary actions as needed.
• Lead deviation investigations and corrective actions within area.
• Order training supplies and equipment; prepare compliance reports.
• Interview new employees; provide coaching and performance evaluations.
• Collaborate with other departments to resolve training issues promptly.
