Job summary

Elemental Enzymes is seeking a motivated CMO Partnership Manager to coordinate contract manufacturing projects and relationships. The role focuses on SPoC duties, meeting facilitation, and onboarding CMOs within a fast-paced, start-up–like environment.

Responsibilities include production scheduling, data management in ERP, invoicing, and performance tracking across CMOs. Strong communication and organizational skills are essential for success in this role.

Qualifications

• Requires a Bachelor’s degree with 2+ years of relevant experience or a high school diploma with 5+ years of experience.
• Must have a valid driver's license.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, Lists).
• Familiarity with NetSuite ERP preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serve as SPoC for assigned CMOs and manage day-to-day communications.
• Plan and facilitate meetings between CMO personnel and EE staff.
• Triage inbound CMO questions and direct inquiries to EE SMEs.
• Lead onboarding of new CMOs including NDAs and NetSuite setup.
• Coordinate site visits, audits, and related travel.
• Administer CMO agreements, work orders, and POs; monitor renewals.
